ORIGINALGUIDES utilizes the United States Postal Service (USPS) to ship orders. As a service to you, we add tracking to all packages. Once USPS has accepted the package from ORIGINALGUIDES, ORIGINALGUIDES is no longer responsible for the package. Please allow up to 7 business days for your package to ship although packages are typically shipped sooner.
Flat Rate Shipping within United States Cost $5.95. For Express Shipping a flat rate of $9.95 will be applied to your purchase.

If for any reason you are unsatisfied with your online purchase, you can return the unwanted items to our warehouse within 30 days of receipt for exchange. The 30 day mark will be calculated by the original purchase delivery date as stated on the tracking record of your shipment. Please read our for detailed information regarding what can and cannot be exchanged. Please remember that all sale/clearance items are final sale and cannot be exchanged. Shipping Costs on Original Guide returns and exchanges are to be paid by customers.
